No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use, let us know in advance and we’'ll be glad to accommodate.
How do I book a cleaning?
Booking is easy! You can contact us through our website, by phone, or through our social media pages. We’ll schedule a time that works for you and walk though the simple intake process.
What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We specialize in move-out cleanings but also offer standard cleanings, deep cleanings, short term rental cleanings, and real estate property cleanings. We’ll customize our services to fit your needs.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to protect both our clients and our team. Your peace of mind is part of our “Gold Standard” promise.
How do payments work?
We accept multiple forms of payment and provide digital invoices and receipts. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged for recurring clients.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule. You can easily reschedule by contacting us.
